We now offer a free Click and Collect service for orders placed on our website – simply select this option as you go through checkout and collect your order in store once you have received Ready For Collection email (**PLEASE NOTE** Orders may take longer to process during our peak seasons.).

Please ensure you have the order number and name of the person who placed the order to hand when you come to collect your order. Any returns or exchanges will be processed in line with the returns policy set out set out below. If an item is out of stock, your order will be prepared for collection with the items that are in stock and you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

Orders will be available to collect for 7 days.  If the order is not collected after this period, the store will attempt to contact you.  Orders not collected by this point will be automatically refunded by the original payment method used with the order.


Delivery costs are determined by weight (in grammes) and will change automatically as you place items in the basket. Free delivery will be automatically applied to your basket for all orders over £99.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 working days, subject to stock, following the date your order is placed.  We usually use Royal Mail 2nd Class Super-Saver delivery, larger orders may be sent via a a courier company. A signature is required on receipt of delivery.

If an item is out of stock for over 7 days, you will be notified by e-mail.

We offer free once-weekly delivery to the following schools, during term-time only: (The minimum order should be a £50, can be one or more customers)

Orders can be placed through the school or via our website. Payments can be left in clearly marked envelopes with the school office or can pay by card/PayPal if you are ordering from our website. You must provide the name of the school, class, and children’s name as well as a contact phone number.
