Returns Policy
1. We will happily give a full refund or exchange for any items that are not required, provided that the item(s) is unused with labels still attached, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition, you can take the item to our store or return it by post. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
3. Proof of posting is essential and your responsibility, we advise you return your purchase using an insured postal service.
4. You will be contacted when the returned item(s) have been received and we will endeavour to deal with your request for either a refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for items to reach us.
5. All items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is made.
6. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or in need of repair.
7. Please print and complete the downloadable form and enclose it with the returned goods. Items should be sent to: Top Form Clothing Ltd, 90/91 The Stow, HARLOW, Essex. CM20 3DF.
8 Or simply return your purchase to our store. You must bring your delivery/receipt note that accompanied your purchase in order for us to deal with your request.
9. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order that an item was missing. Otherwise we will assume that you have received all of the products that you ordered.
